Craig C asked:

Hi,

I have a Bose Lifestyle 38 (Series II) which comes with an RF remote. The remote will not work. Via Bose tech support, we identified the interference sourse as the TV. The remote works only when we disconnect the power to the TV. Bose recommended installing ferite chokes on the power cord. We have done this at the TV and the wall socket. It did not work any better. Can you offer me a couple ideas or possibly a solution?

Thanks in advance,
